How do friend requests work?
Search for another family by their email address, send them a friend request, and once they accept you can see each other's saved and registered camps in your activity feed. Friend connections are mutual — both people need to accept before activity is shared.
How does the "Registered" button work?
Clicking "Registered" on a camp lets your friends know you've registered for it. You still need to register directly with the camp through their own website — this button just keeps your friends in the loop.
Is CampHop free?
Yes, CampHop is free to use for browsing and coordinating camps with friends.
Is my data shared with camps?
No. CampHop does not share your personal information with camp operators. Camp listings are curated by the CampHop team.
Why do some prices or dates look different from the camp's website?
CampHop manually curates camp information, and camp organizers sometimes update their prices, dates, or details without those changes being immediately reflected here. Always check the camp's website directly for the most up-to-date information before registering.
